1994 - One of the biggest tornado outbreaks in recent memory hits in the Southeastern United States. One tornado slams into a church in Piedmont, Alabama collapsing the roof of the church on a conregation during Palm Sunday services killing 20 and injuring 90. This outbreak was the biggest and most notable of 1994.
