The Water

The Water in J.R.R. Tolkien's universe of Middle-earth is a tributary of the River Baranduin that rose in the Westfarthing of the Shire, and flowed eastward to meet the Brandywine just north of the Brandywine Bridge. Hobbiton and Bywater both stood on this river.
