KubbKubb is an old outdoor game and the word "Kubb" is Swedish for "wooden block". The game dates back to the Viking Age and survived on Gotland, a large island off the eastern coast of of Sweden in the Baltic Sea. Kubb has now gained international interest, and there is even a World Championship held on Gotland every year.
