Monty

Monty is an American comic strip by cartoonist Jim Meddick It began life as Robotman, but changed its name and title character in the late 1990s.

Monty Montahue is the main character. He is an odd optimistic nerd that often comes up with strange inventions like Robotman, an intelligent robot that was Monty's best friend (until aliens kidnapped him). Monty doesn't have much common sense, has no taste in dressing and has a prominent nose but no chin.

Loco is Monty's sometime-girlfriend. She's similar to Yoko Ono. She has a cynical, artistic temperament very far from that of Monty.

Mr. Pi is an alien from Rigel. He's a very logical fellow, and he's always deeply inside studies of quantum mechanics and so on. He lives with Monty.

Chimpy is a talking chimpanzee that also lives with Monty. He always tries to show his own superiority to (or at least parity with) human intelligence and culture, in fact he is less bright than most humans.

Moondog is the only true friend of Monty. He's a chronical beer drinker, much like The Simpsons Barney Gumble. His house is one of the biggest centers of entropy in this world. He lives with a cynical parrot named Pilsner.
